Project Manager

• Serve as the primary financial contact for company for assigned projects, working closely with Operations and Budgets and Contracts
• Reviews Contract/Work Orders and Amendments for assigned projects. Identifying all contractual financial terms and conditions, to be able to invoice the projects timely and correctly
• Use data analysis to optimize performance and identify potential budget issues
• Financial Quality Control of study visits in the RT system to ensure accuracy of revenue billed to customers
• Review study visits, ensuring RealTime is reconciled with the Sponsor/CRO Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system
• Ensure all billable items (i.e. non-visit revenue) have been separately invoiced to the Sponsor/CRO, maintain support of all billable items.
• Compare current RT revenue to revenue previously recorded to identify any revenue not yet recognized, notifying Director of Revenue Cycle of all revenue adjustments
• Prepare monthly revenue files for Accounting to load into its ERP, NetSuite, by study
• Issue billing statements to each Sponsor/CRO on a monthly basis
• Coordinate with Cash Application and Collections Specialists as needed
• Complete or assist Director of Revenue Integrity with end of study/close-out audits
• Additional duties as assigned by management

Project Analyst – Accounts Receivable Specialist

Business Development Rep

• Drive regional/vertical growth by setting strategy and targets.
• Lead and coach BD Directors/Senior Directors, and own high-impact pursuits.
• Align client needs with site capabilities.
• Manage pipeline health and revenue forecasts.
• Guide deals from qualification through negotiation and close.
• Cultivate executive relationships with sponsors/CROs.
• Represent the company at industry forums.
• Develop BD talent for scalable revenue expansion.
• Manage and grow client relationships and strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Commercial Operations.
• Oversee sales pipeline reporting and revenue forecasting for assigned segment.
• Identify market trends and emerging opportunities for network expansion.
• Build and manage sales pipeline using CRM tools and reporting systems.
• Develop and execute account strategies with key sponsors, CROs, or therapeutic area partners.
• Track market trends and recommend channel-specific strategies.

Executive Director – Business Development

• Research and identify target companies aligned with Flourish’s strategic priorities across assigned geography, therapeutic area, or client segment.
• Generate and manage a pipeline of high potential prospects.
• Research and validate opportunities to ensure fit and readiness for handoff to Business Development.
• Evaluate territory trends, growth and analysis.
• Proactively engage with prospective and current clients through outreach (email and calls) campaigns, introductions, and scheduled meetings (virtual and in-person).
• Coordinate and facilitate introductory discussions, CDA process, capability briefings, and needs assessments in collaboration with Field-Based Business Development.
• Support industry conferences.
• Identify key client contacts and leadership connections (internal/external).
• Work in close coordination with Business Development Directors and Executive Directors to transfer validated opportunities and ensure seamless handoff.
• Provide background, insights, and materials to support opportunity conversion.
• Maintain ongoing communication with Business Development team members to ensure alignment on client strategy, progress, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system, including lead status, engagement history, and relevant contact information.
• Track territory activities, CDAs, and shared documents to ensure transparency across business development and relevant functional groups.
• Participate in regular pipeline reviews and commercial team meetings to update on progress and share insights.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Proposals, and Operations as needed to support client engagement efforts.

Executive Director – Account Development

Accounts Payable

• Manage, mentor, and develop the AP team (including specialists); set priorities, KPIs, and service levels.
• Oversee daily AP processes: invoice intake, three-way match, approvals, and payment execution (ACH, wires, checks).
• Ensure compliance with company policies, GAAP, and applicable tax regulations; maintain and enhance internal controls.
• Manage vendor relationships; resolve escalated payment issues promptly and professionally.
• Review and approve weekly payment runs; monitor cash disbursements and vendor spend.
• Streamline and automate AP workflows; support system implementations and process redesign initiatives.
• Ensure accurate, timely GL recording; prepare month-end accruals, reconciliations, and AP journal entries.
• Support audits with documentation and timely responses; partner with procurement, accounting, and FP&A to improve P2P.
• Provide reporting and analysis on AP metrics and process performance.

Accounts Payable Manager

Controller

• Oversee accounting and reporting activities at newly acquired sites to ensure compliance with internal policies, GAAP, and applicable regulatory requirements
• Support tracking of project budgets and expenditures; provide documentation for audits and tax compliance
• Support system enhancements, ERP optimization, and accounting automation initiatives
• Partner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Operations to align accounting with business goals
• Collaborate with project managers and clinical staff to gather and analyze financial data related to ongoing projects
• Work with Controller on M&A integrations; establish workflow for clean accounting hand-off to Directors post-integration; act as a key stakeholder for newly acquired sites
• Drive ASC 805 valuation work and data integration
• Lead tax and audit engagements with the Controller
• Develop standardized processes surrounding integration work within the month-end close cycle

Assistant Controller

Analyst

• Create templates within the CTMS software (e.g., visit tracking, budgets, start-ups, and billable items) utilizing sponsor protocol and ICF, budget and contract, and any site-related vendor costs.
• Manage and update visit templates in the CTMS when protocol/budget amendments and ICF revisions occur.
• Assist in site template/AR clean-up as necessary and audit team members’ template builds for other sites to ensure consistency.
• Provide guidance on unique template-build scenarios while maintaining CTMS standards and consistencies.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement by sharing feedback on processes and participating in process-improvement initiatives.
• Provide training and day-to-day guidance to site clinical and financial staff; mentor new staff in collaboration with the Director of CTMS.
• Lead integrations of new site acquisitions within CTMS.
• Verify CTMS results by conducting system audits of technologies/updates implemented.

The Project Reconciliation Analyst will play a key role in performing final budget reconciliations, analyzing amendments for accurate billing, and collaborating with various teams to ensure financial accuracy.
This role will involve working closely with Accounts Receivable specialists, external partners (such as CROs or Sponsors), and internal teams to confirm figures and finalize any outstanding financial entries.
Perform final budget reconciliation, analyzing protocol/budget amendments for billing accuracy.
Aggregate and analyze data across systems to identify discrepancies and ensure completeness.
Collaborate with internal teams to confirm LTD figures and investigate/resolve variances.
Engage with external stakeholders (CROs/Sponsors) to align on final values and clear open AR balances.
Conduct budget analysis and interpretation to inform reconciliations and close-out decisions.
Prepare and action final journal entries.
Ensure data integrity by validating financial inputs and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
Contribute to financial reports, ensuring reconciliations and adjustments are accurately reflected.
Negotiate final values with CROs/Sponsors.
Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
