About the role
- Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions to meet the specific needs of Flourish Research.
- Write, review, and execute detailed Salesforce assessments to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality Salesforce applications.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and platforms.
- Perform regular system audits and prepare for upgrades to keep the Salesforce environment secure and up to date.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Provide technical support and training to end users to maximize effective use of Salesforce.
- Stay current on Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve platform capabilities.
- Represent Flourish Research in a professional and courteous manner in all verbal, written, and in-person interactions with staff, clients, and vendors.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce.
- Experience writing detailed technical assessments and documentation for Salesforce.
- Proven experience in Salesforce development and customization, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Office 365 and related computer applications.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize competing demands, and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
