Programming Coordinator – Contract
FloSportsProgramming Coordinator at FloSports overseeing live events and ensuring critical details are maintained. Collaborate across departments and assist in sports broadcasting scheduling.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Communicate with our partners and work cross-departmentally to ensure every event and the critical details (dates, production specifications…etc) of all potential and signed streaming agreements are entered and maintained across the FloSports platform
- Advocates for and oversees process improvements around live broadcast scheduling workflows
- Assists in strategic planning and scheduling of all our sports broadcasts
- Perform data cleansing, data uploads and data exports within SalesForce
- Develop and create customized reports and dashboards
- Directly and indirectly through team, sets and ensures the highest levels of professionalism in all aspects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required.
- Must possess strong communication skills and the proven ability to build strong relationships.
- Proficient in Excel and strong data manipulation skills- must be comfortable working with large amounts of data.
- Ability to prioritize, get things done accurately and manage multiple projects with ease.
- Basic knowledge of the sports media industry.
- Tech savvy and able to thrive in a fast paced, team environment.
- Bonus points for experience with SalesForce and/or familiarity with reading and comprehending legal contracts is preferred.
