About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Architect and own the end‑to‑end GTM strategy and messaging for the product portfolio
  • Lead cross-functional task forces to resolve high-impact business challenges
  • Own and lead positioning and messaging for product and pricing initiatives
  • Own adoption, activation, and engagement targets for new product launches
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to inform the product roadmap
  • Partner with marketing leadership to ensure robust and impactful product launches

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related field within sports, streaming, or subscription‑based businesses.
  • Demonstrated expertise in GTM strategy, with a proven track record of defining and executing successful go‑to‑market plans and launching products and initiatives to market.
  • Deep experience developing and applying messaging and positioning frameworks, including value propositions, customer segmentation, and narrative construction to drive adoption and revenue impact.
  • Excellent collaborator and communicator, capable of aligning stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong data‑driven mindset, with experience defining and tracking KPIs across product and marketing funnels, identifying gaps, and delivering actionable recommendations to drive growth.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and the ability to translate quantitative insights into clear strategic direction and decision‑making.
  • Passion for sports is essential.
  • Must be local to Austin, TX or willing to relocate.
