• - Assess and report any quality issues in reference to the installation process.
• - Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• - Check and update field automation systems and databases.

• - Be a team player willing to help installation crews and warehouse as needed.

• Create and execute event strategies to make Florida Window & Door stand out in every market.
• Attend and oversee shows and events across Miami/Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers/Naples, Daytona, Orlando, Tampa Bay, Palm Beach, and beyond.
• Recruit, train, and motivate event marketing staff to deliver their best work.
• Be on-site leading the action—ensure booths are buzzing, teams are engaged, and leads are flowing.
• Build relationships with event organizers and partners to secure prime spots and opportunities.
• Meet homeowners face-to-face at home shows, fairs, festivals, and community events and set appointments.
• Analyze results, celebrate wins, and fine-tune strategies for greater impact.
