• Build relationships and trust with customers and clients
• Team up with colleagues and other team member
• Preform initial Inspection, identify all issues suggest and implement solutions
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Perform all on-site activities related to installation, repair, management and maintenance
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
• Produce timely and detailed service reports on work performed on a company-issued tablet
• Check and update field automation systems and databases
• Adhere to the company procedures and protocols
• View and asset Install and report on install quality
• Operate vehicle in a safe manner and comply with Florida State and DOT laws.
• Must be able to lift 30 to 40lbs on occasion
• Other duties as assigned
