Project Manager

• Serve as the team’s execution expert: coordinate marketing, creative, and communications projects from start to finish
• Manage project plans and timelines using Asana; set up tasks, assign owners, and maintain deadlines
• Track day-to-day progress of campaigns, creative deliverables, and communications initiatives and keep Asana up to date daily
• Ensure cross-functional teams have what they need to keep moving, flag blockers and track dependencies
• Perform final checks for scheduling conflicts, resourcing issues, missed details, and ensure work is on time, on brand, and on budget
• Serve as the department’s lead Asana user: enforce naming conventions, organizational structure, dashboards, calendars, and best practices
• Document meeting notes and follow-ups with clear action items and responsible parties
• Keep stakeholders informed through timely updates and status tracking; raise issues early and clearly
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements; support new tools and workflows
• Coordinate across teams and external stakeholders without direct supervisory responsibility
