About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, administer, and track compliance for education and training for research staff members and investigators
- Identify learning needs of research staff and investigators on an individual, regional, or research department-wide basis
- Work with clinic management staff to facilitate protocol-specific training for nursing and pharmacy staff
- Assist in developing education-based corrective action plans (CAPA)
- Ensure training and retraining requirements are met
Requirements
What you’ll need- BSN or higher
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience
- At least 2 years of nursing experience in oncology
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical research experience
- Florida resident candidate
- Successful background screening
- Required vaccinations, including influenza unless an approved exemption applies
- Pass drug and nicotine testing
- Must work in a smoke-free workplace
