About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support HR programs, projects, and process improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Provide project and administrative support to the HR Project Manager for mergers, acquisitions, and integration activities.
- Collaborate with HR, HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Occupational Health, and business leaders to achieve project goals.
- Coordinate project plans, timelines, meetings, action items, and status updates across departments in collaboration with the HR Project Manager.
- Ensure projects consider departmental impacts and support successful adoption of new processes.
- Analyze HR data and metrics, prepare reports and dashboards, identify trends, measure project outcomes, and provide recommendations.
- Document and maintain standardized processes, procedures, project plans, and audit-ready records.
- Support change-management activities to drive adoption of new or improved HR processes.
- Facilitate meetings and communicate project updates and outcomes to HR leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
- 2–4 years of HR, project coordination, business analyst, or administrative experience
- Experience supporting multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Experience with Workday or other HRIS reporting and analytics tools is a plus
- Ability to understand and effectively help facilitate projects related to employment, HR strategies, and organizational objectives
