About the role
- Manage implementation projects for upmarket and strategic customers, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and within scope
- Lead projects from kickoff through go-live, coordinating timelines, guiding deliverables, and driving customer success alongside Accounting Technology Consultants (ATCs)
- Create and maintain project plans, internal/external timelines, and client-facing status reports
- Act as primary point of contact for project communications with internal and client stakeholders and escalate issues as needed
- Drive adoption across all purchased modules and support FloQast implementation best practices
- Partner with ATCs or Partner Implementation Consultants to coordinate task execution and provide timely, responsive client support
- Participate in pre-sale conversations to align scope and timing expectations
- Support continuous improvement of implementation processes and coach ATCs serving as setup leads
- Track time diligently and manage multiple projects and priorities with effective organization and communication
- Work in-office 3 days per week (Tuesday - Thursday); expanding to 4 days per week (adding Mondays) starting in 2026

Requirements
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- A consultative mindset and strong business acumen
- 2+ years of experience in implementation, project management, accounting systems, or B2B SaaS onboarding
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
- Clear written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with a bias toward action and willingness to ask for clarity when needed
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credential (Prince2 or PMI-ACP)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field strongly preferred (nice-to-have)
- Understanding of accounting processes and workflows; public accounting experience is a plus
- CPA preferred or CPA-eligible
