About the role

  • Manage implementation projects for upmarket and strategic customers, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and within scope
  • Lead projects from kickoff through go-live, coordinating timelines, guiding deliverables, and driving customer success alongside Accounting Technology Consultants (ATCs)
  • Create and maintain project plans, internal/external timelines, and client-facing status reports
  • Act as primary point of contact for project communications with internal and client stakeholders and escalate issues as needed
  • Drive adoption across all purchased modules and support FloQast implementation best practices
  • Partner with ATCs or Partner Implementation Consultants to coordinate task execution and provide timely, responsive client support
  • Participate in pre-sale conversations to align scope and timing expectations
  • Support continuous improvement of implementation processes and coach ATCs serving as setup leads
  • Track time diligently and manage multiple projects and priorities with effective organization and communication
  • Work in-office 3 days per week (Tuesday - Thursday); expanding to 4 days per week (adding Mondays) starting in 2026

Requirements

  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • A consultative mindset and strong business acumen
  • 2+ years of experience in implementation, project management, accounting systems, or B2B SaaS onboarding
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
  • Clear written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented with a bias toward action and willingness to ask for clarity when needed
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credential (Prince2 or PMI-ACP)
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field strongly preferred (nice-to-have)
  • Understanding of accounting processes and workflows; public accounting experience is a plus
  • CPA preferred or CPA-eligible
