About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Qualify inbound leads to determine fit and move suitable prospects forward in the sales process.
  • Conduct outbound outreach through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new conversations.
  • Reactivate previous leads who showed interest but have not scheduled or continued in the process.
  • Follow up consistently with inbound and outbound prospects to help schedule discovery calls.
  • Maintain and update CRM records to ensure lead information, activity, and follow-ups are accurate.
  • Support the sales team by keeping pipeline activity organized and ensuring timely communication with prospects.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1 year of experience in sales, business development, appointment setting, SDR/BDR, or similar roles.
  • Experience qualifying inbound leads and conducting outbound outreach.
  • Comfort using phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to contact and follow up with prospects.
  • Advanced English proficiency, especially for client and prospect communication.
  • Prior experience using HubSpot or similar CRM tools to manage and update lead information.
  • Strong organization, follow-up discipline, and willingness to learn and adapt within a sales process.
