About the role
- Support and implement paid search strategies aligned with client goals and industry verticals.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-performing search opportunities.
- Write ad copy for search and display campaigns that is aligned with brand guidelines and designed to drive clicks and conversions.
- Build and launch campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other platforms, including Shopping, Local Services, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads.
- Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, and pacing to maximize ROI and meet performance goals.
- Implement and manage conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and GA4.
- Analyze campaign performance and make ongoing optimizations to ad copy, keywords, targeting, and bidding.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations based on data insights.
- Stay current on platform updates and best practices across major PPC channels.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Local Services Ads campaign types.
- Strong understanding of bidding strategies, Quality Score, and ad rank mechanics.
- Proven ability to write effective ad copy and perform A/B testing.
- Experience using GA4 and connecting analytics with advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts across different industries.
- Google Ads certification is a plus.
