About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the primary point of contact for sales reps, providing real-time systems and process support to keep deals moving at "Flock speed."
- Collaborate with Business Systems to execute quarterly sprints that dismantle conventional bottlenecks in our sales tech stack.
- Become the subject matter expert on Flock’s products, pricing, and programs, ensuring every quote is a masterpiece of accuracy and strategic alignment.
- Act as the first-line steward for contractual risk management, escalating deviations and ensuring every agreement is principled and compliant.
- Maintain world-class process documentation and training materials, ensuring our knowledge base evolves as fast as we do.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of Deal Operations or Sales Operations experience at a high-growth tech company.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce is a must. Experience with SaaS quote/agreement solutions is a massive plus.
- Relentless Attention to Detail: You catch the things others miss. In a high-stakes environment, your precision is our safety net.
- Self-Starter DNA: You don’t wait for a playbook; you write it. You learn on the go and thrive when the pressure is constant.
- Advanced skills in Google Docs and MS Office; if you’ve managed templates in DocuSign CLM, we want to hear about it.
