About the role

  • Build, maintain, and improve dashboards across revenue teams using tools like Salesforce, Metabase, and Google Sheets
  • Own monthly commission calculations for Sales and CS teams and manage monthly customer cashback calculations
  • Support pipeline reporting, funnel analysis, and forecasting workflows
  • Monitor and improve data quality across revenue systems
  • Create and maintain process documentation for reporting methodologies, metric definitions, and calculation workflows

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar function at a tech or SaaS company
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and BI/reporting tools
  • Detail-oriented with high standards for data accuracy and process integrity
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and prioritizing independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills — able to translate data into clear takeaways for non-technical stakeholders
  • Nice to Haves:
  • SQL proficiency
  • Experience with data integration tools (e.g., Hightouch, Fivetran)
  • Familiarity with commission/incentive calculation workflows
  • Experience at a high-growth startup (Series B–D stage)
