About the role
- Lead platform and accounting integration initiatives (QBO, Xero, NetSuite).
- Anticipate engineering needs and translate them into platform capabilities.
- Build scalable, reliable API and integration systems.
- Partner closely with Product on platform roadmaps.
- Improve operational maturity and reduce engineering toil.
- Contribute directly to backend and platform code.
Requirements
- Strong backend and systems engineering experience.
- Experience building integration platforms or internal developer products.
- High adaptability across domains and APIs.
- Clear communication skills in ambiguous problem spaces.
- Experience enabling other engineering teams.
