About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Apply, maintain and evolve customer data governance rules, and implement the systems, tools and solutions needed to ensure a clean, optimal data environment.
During the initial maturation phase of the data governance strategy, support the team by performing manual corrections on data fields within systems to restore a reliable structure.
Identify, analyze and address recurring exceptions to correct root causes at the rules and process levels.
Ensure documentation of rules, decisions and changes made, guaranteeing traceability and the long‑term sustainability of practices.
Support structured and harmonized client onboarding and integration into systems, particularly in the context of transformation or migration.
Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure alignment between business requirements, operational processes and data structures.
Lead and participate in post‑initiative governance activities, including steering committees, internal training and necessary decision‑making/arbitration.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer data governance frameworks.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years related to data governance.
Strong understanding of information systems and the interactions between data, processes and operations.
Knowledge of SQL, Python and databases/data warehouses.
Ability to formalize, document and enforce business rules while maintaining a practical, hands‑on approach.
