About the role

  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify analytical opportunities and guide business decisions;
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and Power BI visualizations to communicate insights and performance;
  • Analyze large datasets using advanced analytical, statistical, and machine learning techniques (in collaboration with data engineering and data science teams);
  • Administer, govern, and secure the Power BI platform;
  • Model complex data for reporting and predictive needs;
  • Design data-driven solutions with cross-functional teams;
  • Mentor and support colleagues/users as a technical expert;
  • Contribute to the evolution of best practices in data management, governance, and analysis.

Requirements

  • 🎓 Education & experience
  • - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field;
  • - 5–7 years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence, with demonstrated delivery of strategic-level KPIs/recommendations;
  • - Advanced proficiency with Power BI (dashboards, administration, governance);
  • - Strong knowledge of SQL, databases/data warehouses, and complex data modeling;
  • - Experience on collaborative BI projects with business teams;
  • - Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
