About the role

  • Responsible for the initial phase of new business development in the SME segment
  • Conduct outbound telephone outreach to companies that already have a free Flixcheck trial account
  • Qualify leads according to defined criteria
  • Understand the challenges and processes of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
  • Schedule qualified meetings and hand over to the responsible Sales colleague
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all activities and insights in the CRM
  • Continuously improve outreach and messaging based on feedback, KPIs and hands-on experience

Requirements

  • Commercial background (vocational training, degree, or comparable experience)
  • Initial experience in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment
  • Enjoy engaging with people and identifying genuine needs
  • Excellent communication skills in German, both written and spoken — ideally with experience communicating at C-level
  • Motivated to take ownership and drive initiatives forward
