About the role
- Responsible for the initial phase of new business development in the SME segment
- Conduct outbound telephone outreach to companies that already have a free Flixcheck trial account
- Qualify leads according to defined criteria
- Understand the challenges and processes of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
- Schedule qualified meetings and hand over to the responsible Sales colleague
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing
- Maintain accurate documentation of all activities and insights in the CRM
- Continuously improve outreach and messaging based on feedback, KPIs and hands-on experience
Requirements
- Commercial background (vocational training, degree, or comparable experience)
- Initial experience in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment
- Enjoy engaging with people and identifying genuine needs
- Excellent communication skills in German, both written and spoken — ideally with experience communicating at C-level
- Motivated to take ownership and drive initiatives forward
