About the role

  • Flipster is a high-performance crypto perpetuals trading platform focused on zero spreads, instant execution, and capital efficiency.
  • Operating globally and serving users in nearly 200 countries while maintaining high compliance and security standards.
  • Role: ensure seamless deployment, integration, and maintenance of software systems and services; implement zero-downtime deployment strategies and maintain system stability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across on-premises and cloud platforms to build secure, scalable systems and automation.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience managing cloud infrastructure and monitoring.
  • Ability to proactively define and resolve infrastructure and operational challenges.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
  • Solid experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Understanding and experience in Microservices Architecture (MSA).
  • Strong Computer Science fundamentals, including data structures, networking, and operating systems.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration management tools.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Prior experience in exchanges or fintech companies.
  • Domain knowledge in cryptocurrency, financial systems, engineering, networking, and system architecture.
  • Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes (EKS/GKE), Helm, GitHub Actions, Harbor, and Cloudflare.
  • Business-level proficiency in Korean and English.
