About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work directly with senior leaders to translate business goals into workforce plans.
- Lead the HR workstream for our international scale-up.
- Design and lead performance cycles, calibration sessions, and succession planning.
- Own the full analytics layer — turnover, eNPS, time-to-productivity, cost-per-hire.
- Serve as the first escalation point for complex employee relations cases across all locations.
- Actively use AI tools to multiply your output and empower managers to do the same.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in an international, high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
- You model turnover costs, justify salary adjustments with data, and reject hiring requests that lack a business case.
- Proven track record in developing managers and leaders.
- Confident use of HRIS platforms (e.g., HiBob), spreadsheets, and daily use of AI tools (Claude, Gemini or similar).
- Experience with EOR structures, international benefits, and cross-border employment law frameworks.
- You have previously experienced a significant growth phase.
- Solid knowledge of German labor law and the ability to independently resolve complex employee relations situations.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
