About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work directly with senior leaders to translate business goals into workforce plans.
  • Lead the HR workstream for our international scale-up.
  • Design and lead performance cycles, calibration sessions, and succession planning.
  • Own the full analytics layer — turnover, eNPS, time-to-productivity, cost-per-hire.
  • Serve as the first escalation point for complex employee relations cases across all locations.
  • Actively use AI tools to multiply your output and empower managers to do the same.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in an international, high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
  • You model turnover costs, justify salary adjustments with data, and reject hiring requests that lack a business case.
  • Proven track record in developing managers and leaders.
  • Confident use of HRIS platforms (e.g., HiBob), spreadsheets, and daily use of AI tools (Claude, Gemini or similar).
  • Experience with EOR structures, international benefits, and cross-border employment law frameworks.
  • You have previously experienced a significant growth phase.
  • Solid knowledge of German labor law and the ability to independently resolve complex employee relations situations.
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
