About the role
- Re-structuring our Notion workspace: consolidating pages, building an archive structure, and establishing naming and organizational logic
- Creating the foundation for our AI knowledge base: classifying, tagging, and meaningfully linking content so our AI can build on it later
- Co-developing standards and guidelines in Notion: documenting and applying conventions for pages, databases, and properties
- Supporting day-to-day IT operations in a cloud-only environment (e.g. account and license management, documenting setups, simple troubleshooting tasks)
- Working with InfoSec, IT, and other teams to understand and implement requirements for structure, access, and content
Requirements
- Enrolled student, e.g. in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Data/Information Management, or a comparable field of study
- Very good English skills; good German skills are an advantage
- Strong affinity for tools and structure—ideally, you already have experience with Notion or similar knowledge-management / collaboration tools
- Enjoyment in turning chaos into structure and documenting things clearly
- Interest in IT and cloud topics (SaaS tools, identities, permissions, security basics)
- Reliable, independent, and detail-oriented working style
- Availability of 15–20 hours per week, more during semester breaks if desired
- Willingness to regularly work with the team in the Stuttgart or Berlin office
Benefits
- Work mode: We’re remote-first, giving you flexibility to work from home. At the same time, we deeply value the power of in-person collaboration. Depending on the role, you’ll join occasional team events, workshops, or meetings in our Berlin or Stuttgart offices - always with plenty of notice. The exact balance will be discussed during your interview.
- Work-Life-Balance: We don't want you to grow roots to your desk chair. That's why we cover the costs of your E-Gym-Wellpass membership and offer job bike leasing.
- Celebrating success: Expect highly motivated and committed people in a relaxed working atmosphere.
- Be part of something bigger: You actively shape Flip in your role. Along the way, you are an enabler of the rapid growth process of a young tech company and grow towards your goals, fun is guaranteed.
- Happy to be a Flipster: Stay tuned for regular team events and culture days that bring us together as Flipsters.
- Working abroad: At Flip you can also work abroad in the European Union. Let's talk about remote work in the interview.
