About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the financial management of Fliff’s organization
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Deliver accurate, timely financial reports, including budgeting, tax documents, month-end and year-end close reports, and bank reconciliations
Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and additional financial reports
Analyze financial data and report on profitability, revenue growth, cash flow, and other key financial metrics
Process payroll and manage contractor payments
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Participate in ad hoc projects supporting other functions and overall business objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
Familiarity with financial reporting standards, including GAAP or IFRS
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret financial data and identify trends and insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Self-starter able to operate with minimal supervision
Proven track record of managing upward
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
