About the role

  • As a Sales Hunter (m/f/d), you will be responsible for a sales territory within up to 200 km of your place of residence in or around North Rhine-Westphalia.
  • Your focus is on acquiring new business customers and winning back former clients for our digital SaaS and marketing solutions.
  • You identify, prospect for, and win new B2B customers at the decision-maker level.
  • The emphasis of your work is on in-person client meetings on-site and telephone cold calling.
  • You build your own sales pipeline and drive leads consistently through to closing.
  • You uncover market potential, approach new customers, and evaluate opportunities to regain former clients.
  • You independently plan, organize, and conduct client meetings and contract negotiations.
  • You work in a structured, goal-oriented way aligned with clearly defined sales targets and KPIs.
  • Close coordination with internal teams for handover after contract signing.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally with a focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
  • You are a true hunter — self-motivated, results-oriented, and a strong closer.
  • You have a proven track record of acquiring new customers and regularly exceeding your sales targets.
  • Sales competence, preferably in the digital environment — e.g., SaaS, software, or digital technologies.
  • A structured, goal-oriented, and KPI-driven working style is natural to you.
  • You are results-focused, loyal, and passionate about generating revenue.
