About the role

  • As a Sales Hunter (m/f/d) you will take responsibility for a defined sales territory and be responsible for acquiring new business customers as well as proactively winning back former customers for our digital SaaS and marketing solutions.
  • You identify, prospect for, and win new B2B customers at the decision-maker level
  • The focus of your role is on in-person client meetings on site, supplemented by structured cold calling
  • You build your own pipeline and consistently drive leads through to close
  • You uncover market potential, approach new customers and at the same time evaluate opportunities to win back former customers
  • You independently plan, organize and conduct client meetings and contract negotiations
  • You work in a structured, goal-oriented way aligned with clearly defined sales targets and KPIs
  • Close coordination with internal teams after contract signing for handover

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally with a focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
  • You are a true hunter — self-motivated, results-driven and a strong closer
  • You have a proven track record of acquiring new customers and regularly exceeding your sales targets
  • Sales expertise, ideally in a digital environment — e.g., SaaS, software or digital technologies
  • A structured, goal-oriented and KPI-driven way of working comes naturally to you
  • You are performance-oriented, loyal and passionate about generating revenue
