About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You are not working in a call center, but act as a strategic partner for our users.
Your responsibilities include: customer contact, process design (Process Architect), onboarding & consulting, customer success, troubleshooting, and contributing to product development.
Analyze where customers get stuck and build solutions to permanently reduce support needs.
Guide new customers through their onboarding and show them how Flexxter digitalizes their processes.
Be proactive and reach out to customers to ensure they get the full value from the software.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Digital mindset: You are enthusiastic about new technologies, apps and AI.
True ownership: You don’t wait for tasks to be assigned; you identify urgent issues and resolve them independently.
Tech affinity: We use Cursor and state-of-the-art AI workflows.
Communication skills: You adapt your tone appropriately—whether speaking with a tech-savvy architect or a pragmatic site manager.
Organizational skills: Even when three customers need something at once, you keep a cool head.
Background: A degree (business administration, civil engineering, architecture, communications) is helpful but not required. Career changers are welcome if you learn quickly.
Languages: You speak and write excellent German and have good English skills.
