About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • First-level Support & Customer Care: Problem-solver in the chat — you staff our live chat on set days and help our customers (tradespeople and construction companies) with questions about using the software.
  • Onboarding Support: You assist new customers with their first steps and ensure they find their way around Flexxter right away.
  • Feedback Interface: You gather frequent user questions and feature requests and pass them directly to our product team to help improve the software.
  • Help Center & Knowledge Base: Help for self-service — you keep our help articles up to date and write new articles when we launch cool new features.
  • Video Tutorials: You produce short screen recordings (e.g., with Loom) in which you explain features clearly and in an engaging way.
  • Quality Assurance: You regularly check that our guides and instructions match the current state of the software.
  • Social Media & Creative Content: Content recycling — you turn the most important tips from support and the help center into short, punchy social media posts (e.g., “Feature of the Week” or “Quick Tip”).
  • Community Engagement: You help drive interaction on our channels by answering topic-specific questions.
  • Creative Input: You have ideas for how we can present our software benefits in an attractive visual way? We’d love to hear them!

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled student: Ideally studying civil engineering, business administration, communications, marketing, or a related degree program.
  • Communication ace: You can translate complex software functions into simple, easy-to-understand German — whether in the chat or in explainer videos.
  • Digital-native attitude: You have a strong affinity for software tools. Terms like SaaS are familiar to you, and you pick up new programs quickly.
  • Creative eye: You enjoy presenting content in a visually appealing way (e.g., using Canva or basic editing tools for social media).
  • Structured & reliable: Even when three inquiries arrive in the support chat at once, you keep a cool head and stay friendly.
  • Interest in the trades: You respect our customers’ work and are excited to help shape the digitalization of one of Germany’s most important industries.
