About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Program Development: create and launch new demand generation initiatives focused on technician acquisition and bench re-engagement.
  • Email Marketing: plan, build, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive engagement across the funnel.
  • Digital Marketing: manage and optimize the efficient use of job boards and company review sites to drive brand awareness, improve acquisition, and identify skilled technicians aligned to client demand.
  • Communications: drive candidate communication programs, newsletters, spotlights, and related programs to build a loyal, long-term technician community.
  • Candidate Flow Optimization: collaboration with recruiting and marketing to streamline and optimize lead handoffs, scoring, and funnel progression.
  • Reporting & Analysis: own campaign reporting; analyze performance metrics; share insights to improve open rates, application rates, click-through rates, conversions, and pipeline impact.
  • Content: coordinate and work closely with team members to develop creative content for marketing initiatives. Explore new channels to expand footprint and alignment with key technician segments including, but not limited to, sociations, career fairs, trade schools, etc.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or similar discipline.
  • 4+ years of experience in service-driven demand generation, B2B and B2C marketing, or growth marketing roles.
  • Deep knowledge of email marketing, including list segmentation, deliverability, A/B testing, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with job boards and related candidate acquisition channels as well as review sites.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with back-end communication and reporting systems and tools (e.g., Bullhorn, Canvas, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Excel, etc.).
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a cross-functional mindset.
  • Preferred Experience: Bullhorn experience is highly preferred. Experience in manufacturing, industrial staffing, workforce solutions, or similar is a plus.
