Temporary Accounting Administrator
FlexTradesTemporary Accounting Administrator supporting FlexTrades' national accounting team by maintaining payroll and billing tasks. Remote work for applicants based in the United States.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain and update payroll data in payroll system related, but not limited to new hires, wage withholdings/garnishments, employee terminations, sick leave accruals, and timekeeping
- Complete/run and distribute reporting items related to weekly payroll as necessary
- Assist with saving and reviewing weekly payroll and billing support
- Enter vendor invoices into accounting system
- Compile and distribute (email) weekly billings to clients
- Assist with compiling billing data and creating and distributing weekly client invoices
- Act as a FlexTrades Core Values champion, by Moving the Line, Being the Next, Elevating Others, Pulling the Wagon, Enjoying the Journey, and Giving Back
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Self-starter with prior administrative experience, preferably supporting an accounting department/team
- Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Excel and Word
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask with ease and professionalism
- Solid interpersonal and customer service skills
- Experienced in flexibility with bandwidth to accomplishment projects across the accounting team
- Bullhorn, Sage Intacct, and/or Paylocity experience preferred
