About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain and update payroll data in payroll system related, but not limited to new hires, wage withholdings/garnishments, employee terminations, sick leave accruals, and timekeeping
  • Complete/run and distribute reporting items related to weekly payroll as necessary
  • Assist with saving and reviewing weekly payroll and billing support
  • Enter vendor invoices into accounting system
  • Compile and distribute (email) weekly billings to clients
  • Assist with compiling billing data and creating and distributing weekly client invoices
  • Act as a FlexTrades Core Values champion, by Moving the Line, Being the Next, Elevating Others, Pulling the Wagon, Enjoying the Journey, and Giving Back
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Self-starter with prior administrative experience, preferably supporting an accounting department/team
  • Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask with ease and professionalism
  • Solid interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Experienced in flexibility with bandwidth to accomplishment projects across the accounting team
  • Bullhorn, Sage Intacct, and/or Paylocity experience preferred
