About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Troubleshoot integration issues across APIs, data flows, and connected systems.
- Identify root causes and resolve production issues.
- Analyze logs and system behavior to diagnose problems.
- Collaborate with developers, consultants, and clients.
- Manage support cases and communicate updates clearly.
- Contribute to testing and continuous improvements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of proven experience with OOP - Java, C#, Python etc.
- University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Data Analysis, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Demonstrated commitment to high-quality customer service, with a track record of going above and beyond in client engagements.
- Solid critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to address both technical and business challenges.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and effectively.
- Self-motivated, self-aware, coachable, and collaborative, with a strong ability to work as part of a team.
- Experience working with or supporting Salesforce Service Cloud (nice to have).
- Knowledge of Javascript, Groovy, REST API, SOAP Web Service, Graph QL, Insomnia, Postman, etc. (nice to have).
- Experience with, or functional understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes (nice to have).
- Exposure to HR and/or finance data integrations (nice to have).
- Experience with HR and ATS platforms such as Oracle HCM, Taleo, Workday, ADP, Greenhouse, and BambooHR (nice to have).
- Additional language skills such as French, Spanish, Arabic, or other languages (nice to have).
