About the role
- Own and grow strategic OEM relationships in the window and door industry
- Build and maintain executive-level partnerships grounded in trust, performance, and consistency
- Drive profitable growth by expanding component penetration within existing OEM partners
- Identify and win new strategic accounts within the window and door manufacturing space
- Lead high-level commercial conversations including pricing, volume commitments, and long-term agreements
- Stay deeply connected to market trends, competitive activity, and customer strategies
- Partner closely with Operations, Plant Leadership, and Sales to deliver on commitments
Requirements
- 10+ years in the window & door industry or a closely related manufacturing environment
- Proven success selling into OEM manufacturers (components experience strongly preferred)
- Established relationships with decision-makers across the South Central and Southeastern U.S.
- Strong business acumen—comfortable navigating both plant floors and executive offices
- Experience managing large, complex accounts with long sales cycles
- Ability to operate independently while staying aligned with company strategy
