About the role

  • Own and grow strategic OEM relationships in the window and door industry
  • Build and maintain executive-level partnerships grounded in trust, performance, and consistency
  • Drive profitable growth by expanding component penetration within existing OEM partners
  • Identify and win new strategic accounts within the window and door manufacturing space
  • Lead high-level commercial conversations including pricing, volume commitments, and long-term agreements
  • Stay deeply connected to market trends, competitive activity, and customer strategies
  • Partner closely with Operations, Plant Leadership, and Sales to deliver on commitments

Requirements

  • 10+ years in the window & door industry or a closely related manufacturing environment
  • Proven success selling into OEM manufacturers (components experience strongly preferred)
  • Established relationships with decision-makers across the South Central and Southeastern U.S.
  • Strong business acumen—comfortable navigating both plant floors and executive offices
  • Experience managing large, complex accounts with long sales cycles
  • Ability to operate independently while staying aligned with company strategy
