Support Representative – Internship

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with department functions as needed under the direction of the supervisor
- Contribute to the overall functionality of the department and assist staff with office and facility tasks as necessary
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Hold all work-related information in the strictest confidence
- Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinating resources and meetings in an effective and timely manner
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be currently enrolled in a High School, Trade/Tech School or College/University
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have or working toward certification in the field of the intern position
- Knowledge of basic computer operations and office software
- Knowledge of database systems for data retrieval
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, other departments, and customers
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrative skill in attention to detail
