About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the full project lifecycle for assigned software implementation engagements, from kick-off through go-live and hypercare
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resource schedules, and status reports
Serve as the primary client point of contact, managing expectations, resolving escalations, and driving alignment
Coordinate cross-functional internal teams including Solutions Engineering, Product, and Support
Identify, document, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
Facilitate client workshops, requirements sessions, and steering committee meetings
Track and report project health metrics; escalate to leadership when projects are at risk
Manage project scope and change control processes to protect delivery timelines and budgets
Contribute to the continuous improvement of PS delivery methodology and playbooks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required; PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred
3–6 years of project management experience, ideally in software implementation or professional services
Demonstrated experience managing client-facing enterprise software deployments
Background working within banking, insurance, credit unions, or financial services strongly preferred
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira)
Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to work with both technical and executive audiences
Experience with accounting, ERP, or financial software is a strong plus
Comfortable working in a remote-first, distributed team environment
