About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborates with the accounting team to identify, prioritize and implement system improvements
  • Performs daily end-user support and administrative duties within the NetSuite financial system
  • Plays a critical role in streamlining operations, enhancing financial workflows, and supporting the company’s overall objectives
  • Designs, configures, and maintains NetSuite functionality supporting R2R processes
  • Manages GL Entry approval workflows ensuring compliance with internal controls
  • Conducts regular system audits, data quality reviews, and performance tuning
  • Gathers, documents, and translates business requirements into system configurations and functional specifications
  • Leads UAT, change management, and training for system enhancements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-5 years Demonstrated expertise with NetSuite R2R modules: General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation and Reporting
  • Strong understanding of Record-to-Report processes
  • Proficiency in NetSuite SuiteFlow, saved searches, custom records, suite analytics, and reporting
  • Experience managing or contributing to system integrations (Celigo, or Boomi preferred)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-improvement mindset
  • Strong communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
