Key responsibilities & impact

Build team to measure success by what changes for customers not just what ships
Establish and model discovery practices that ensure the team is solving real problems
Set the standard for requirements quality
Introduce AI-assisted ways of working into the product development process
Lead, develop, and manage the existing India-based product management team
Conduct honest performance assessments
Partner with the US VP of Product to translate product vision into an executable roadmap
Drive delivery accountability across product and engineering in the region
Identify and eliminate process gaps that slow teams down
Establish operating norms that allow the team to function effectively

Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ years in product management, with at least 4 years leading PM teams
A demonstrable track record of moving teams from feature factories to outcome-driven product organizations
Deep discovery instincts: you know how to get to the real customer problem
Strong requirements craft
Direct experience with performance management and team transitions
Active curiosity about AI-assisted product development
Experience working effectively with US-based leadership across significant time zones
