About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Power Platform
- Optimize internal processes through the design, analysis, testing, and implementation of new automation and platform solutions in Power Platform and Azure DevOps
- Provide advanced technical support for Microsoft 365 and identity operations
- Plan, design, and implement integrations between Microsoft 365 and third-party platforms using APIs, service principals, SAML, OIDC and SCIM integrations
- Maintain accurate and current platform documentation in Confluence and Sharepoint
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Microsoft 365 engineering, automation, or identity-focused roles with increasing responsibility
- Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting, Power Automate, Microsoft Graph API
- Excellent technical skills across Microsoft 365 technologies
- Provide technical leadership during major incidents and platform-impacting issues
- Ability to coordinate with remote technical resources and cross-functional teams
