About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support our Account Executive team focused on Flow360/Tidy3D.
- Generate high-quality leads and prospect into engineering-driven organizations.
- Qualify opportunities and help feed a strong pipeline for strategic enterprise deals.
- Play a foundational role in scaling Flow360 and Tidy3D adoption.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Research and identify high-potential target companies.
- Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Engage engineering and simulation stakeholders to schedule discovery meetings.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using defined criteria.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to pipeline hygiene.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and event follow-ups.
- Track and report KPIs including meetings booked, conversions, and opportunity creation.
- Support AEs with research, prep materials, and account insights.
- 2–4 years of BDR, SDR, or inside sales experience.
- Comfortable speaking with technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication and outreach skills.
- Highly data-driven and comfortable working with KPIs.
- Growth mindset with ambition to progress into AE roles.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, engineering-focused startup environment.
