About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a team of 7–9 BDRs
- Manage and coach BDRs through 1:1s, call reviews
- Own ramp and performance management
- Drive the AE+BDR pod motion
- Partner with Head of Sales Development
- Work cross-functionally with AEs, Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement
- Hire and onboard new BDRs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior experience as a BDR or SDR
- Prior experience leading a BDR or SDR team
- Track record of coaching reps to quota
- Fintech background strongly preferred
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment
- Naturally cross-functional operating style
- Strong communication and a coaching-first mindset
