About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and company websites.
- Develop educational content related to accounting, tax, business growth, and entrepreneurship.
- Write social media posts, captions, blogs, and marketing materials.
- Create recruiting and employer branding content.
- Design presentations, brochures, flyers, event materials, advertisements, and sales collateral.
- Maintain brand standards across all platforms.
- Develop graphics for webinars, conferences, recruiting initiatives, and business development activities.
- Record and edit short-form and long-form videos.
- Create social media reels and promotional content.
- Capture content during company events and business trips.
- Support executive thought leadership content.
- Attend conferences, networking events, recruiting fairs, team meetings, and workshops.
- Capture photography and video content.
- Assist with event promotion and marketing coordination.
- Travel as required throughout the year.
- Assist leadership with presentations and marketing projects.
- Support recruiting campaigns and hiring initiatives.
- Help coordinate firm announcements, launches, and growth initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, graphic design, or social media management.
- Strong graphic design portfolio.
- Experience with video editing and content production.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator preferred.
- Photography and videography experience preferred.
- Professional services, accounting, legal, or financial services marketing experience preferred.
- Experience supporting executive teams preferred.
