Support Engineer

• You will develop into a fleetster product expert and, through your expertise, provide excellent technical support to our customers
• By responding quickly and accurately to customer inquiries via email, chat, or virtual meetings, you help ensure fast and sustainable problem resolution
• You build trusting, long-term customer relationships and ensure all technical issues are resolved so our customers become long-term users
• You clarify feature requests and effective workarounds with the Product team and keep customers informed of progress
• Over time you will gain valuable insights from support inquiries and work closely with the Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams to continuously improve processes

Technical Support Specialist

Full-stack Engineer

• Plan and develop new features and functionalities as part of our international implementation team (around 15 colleagues)
• Contribute to modernizing the architecture by introducing new tools and frameworks, gradually replacing parts of the software
• Investigate and analyze bug reports and assist the support team in resolving customer issues

• Plan and develop new features and functionality as part of our international implementation team (approx. 15 colleagues)
• Contribute to renewing the architecture by introducing new tools and frameworks to progressively replace parts of the software

Frontend Engineer

• Plan, develop, and maintain new features and functionality for our mobile applications as part of our international implementation team
• Optimize the performance and responsiveness of the React Native app on iOS and Android platforms
• Work on the mobile app architecture and introduce new tools and frameworks to improve scalability and maintainability
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve bugs and issues reported by users or the support team
• Deploy and maintain the app on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store to ensure compliance with platform guidelines

Senior React Native Developer

• Take ownership of an existing codebase and continuously improve it
• Plan, develop, and maintain new features and functionalities for mobile applications as part of an international implementation team
