About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Relationship Managers in managing a portfolio of key customer accounts.
- Build strong relationships with customers and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Coordinate account activities and ensure customer requests are managed efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand the services customers use.
- Prepare proposals, presentations and customer communications to support account plans.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best outcomes for customers.
- Help achieve team sales, retention and customer satisfaction goals.
- Attend customer meetings alongside Relationship Managers to strengthen partnerships and better understand customer needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrated experience in a B2B customer, account management, or sales support role.
- Confidence in engaging with senior decision-makers and building trusted customer relationships.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Experience identifying customer needs and supporting growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Exposure to fleet, automotive, or another market-adjacent industry will be highly regarded.
