Novated Leasing Consultant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Selling, up‑selling and cross‑selling novated leases and related products through a variety of inbound lead sources
- Facilitating end to end customer service from initial enquiry to customer taking delivery of the vehicle, including arranging quotations for the customer, and facilitating credit applications.
- Preparing customers for their end of lease process
- Keeping accurate records of sales activities within the CRM and reporting all revenue within required timeframes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–3 years’ experience in a sales role (motor vehicle leasing or financial services ideal but not essential)
- Ability to build rapport quickly and engage with customers
- High levels of resilience and self‑confidence when interacting with others
- Ability to understand legislation and compliance requirements related to financial and leasing products
