About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handling a mix of inbound calls and emails from customers in relation to operating or novated leasing

- Collaborating with other teams to make sure customer solutions are seamless
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in customer service (call centre, retail, hospitality – all experience counts!)
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex queries
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A friendly, positive, and professional approach
