About the role
- Achieve company sales targets by servicing existing accounts, recognising new opportunities and ensuring pre-eminence of FleetPartners brand and value proposition in the marketplace.
- Provide regular updates to the team on market trends and insights from customer feedback and competitor analysis
- Maintain a regular visitation program with your customer base with appropriate levels of focus on building multi-level relationships in conjunction with the Relationship Manager and Senior Managers.
- Deliver strategic and quarterly business reviews on schedule, providing recommendations to reduce costs and optimise the customer’s fleet operations
- Showing consistent high levels of customer service to meet customer expectations on continuous basis
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Account Management or customer service-focused roles
- Fleet management or leasing industry experience
- Proven ability to deliver customer-focused results
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
