About the role

  • Achieve company sales targets by servicing existing accounts, recognising new opportunities and ensuring pre-eminence of FleetPartners brand and value proposition in the marketplace.
  • Provide regular updates to the team on market trends and insights from customer feedback and competitor analysis
  • Maintain a regular visitation program with your customer base with appropriate levels of focus on building multi-level relationships in conjunction with the Relationship Manager and Senior Managers.
  • Deliver strategic and quarterly business reviews on schedule, providing recommendations to reduce costs and optimise the customer’s fleet operations
  • Showing consistent high levels of customer service to meet customer expectations on continuous basis

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Account Management or customer service-focused roles
  • Fleet management or leasing industry experience
  • Proven ability to deliver customer-focused results
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
