About the role
- Manage personal performance in-line with the goals of the organisation and the business plan, ensuring that the relevant KPIs are understood and achieved
- Follow through of customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Pro-Actively working with Customers on their fleet goals by strategising best practices for optimal results
- Maximise product penetration and looking for ways to enhance our service offering
- Management of due off vehicles efficiently and successfully
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in relationship or account management
- Background in leasing, finance, or commercial banking (highly regarded)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences
