Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally with a strong field or demand gen focus
  • A track record of working closely with sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue
  • Experience planning and executing events, campaigns, and account-based programs
  • Comfort working in Salesforce and using data to guide decisions
  • Ability to own programs end-to-end—from idea to execution to measuring impact
  • A mindset that balances creativity with practicality (you know what’s worth doing—and what’s not)
  • Willingness to travel ~30–40% to spend time in the field with customers and sales
