About the role
- FleetFox is the leading tech-driven 3PL marketplace for fleet services, helping B2B fleets cut operational costs by 35-60% while providing seamless, high-quality end-to-end fleet services like washing, fueling, relocation, damage inspections, and more.
- Own the growth of our Fox workers network globally; manage the full digital supply funnel from generating leads to converting them into trained, active Foxes across all FleetFox markets.
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel lead gen campaigns (FB/IG ads, gig work portals, job boards, referrals).
- Own the supply pipeline - generate qualified Fox leads and convert them into training participants.
- Track and improve CPA, lead quality, conversion, and retention metrics.
- Create automated lifecycle marketing flows (ActiveCampaign, N8n, etc.).
- Support retention with newsletters, updates, and targeted comms.
- Build FleetFox brand presence in the gig economy.
- KPIs: Qualified Fox leads/month; Training sign-ups & lead-to-active conversion rate; CPA per active Fox; 30/60/90-day Fox retention.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably within the gig economy or marketplace recruitment.
- Strong skills in paid ads (FB Ads, Google Ads, job boards (Indeed) , etc).
- Proven track record of ROI from multi-channel campaigns.
- Experience in lifecycle marketing setup and automation.
- Analytical mindset and comfortable with campaign optimization.
- Light design capability (e.g Canva, Figma).
- Nice-to-have: SQL knowledge for querying database and extracting insights or creating segments.
- Nice-to-have: SEO & landing page optimization skills.
- Nice-to-have: Experience in mobility / fleet recruitment.
- Nice-to-have: Basic video content creation.
