About the role
- Build and run programs for generation operations
- Define performance standards and governance
- Establish KPIs and reporting for fleet performance
- Partner with leadership to ensure operational alignment
- Manage third-party vendor operations
- Build/own maintenance strategy for generation assets
- Ensure operational compliance and emergency response readiness
- Ensure generation telemetry/alarming integration
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in power generation operations, O&M, or reliability engineering
- 5+ years of people leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of maintenance programs and reliability practices
- Working familiarity with mission-critical environments
- Comfort working cross-functionally with various departments
- Experience with compliance-heavy operations
