Holds overall responsibility for the performance of work under the Task Order
Acts as the primary authority to act on behalf of the Contractor regarding daily operations
Serves as the first point of contact for the Government and various client divisions to resolve issues or discrepancies
Ensures that technical personnel effectively support DEMD mission objectives
Responsible for project planning, budgeting, and performance
Acts as the primary customer contact for all project activities
Directs and interfaces with contract staff to ensure requirements are fulfilled
Ensures strict compliance with quality requirements
Manages the project budget, determines appropriate revenue recognition, and monitors receivables and profitability

Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in Management, business, administration, engineering, or a related field is required
At least five (5) years’ experience managing people and programs in public sector performance management
Three (3) years of experience in U.S. Government-supported grants/contracts management preferred
PMP certification preferred
Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and be insurable
Must successfully pass a Moderate Background Investigation (NACI)
Requires a Federal government-issued Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card
Mandatory completion of Federal Information Systems Security Awareness (FISSA) training and signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement
