Field Sales – Sales Manager
FlatpaySales Manager responsible for selling payment solutions to small and medium business owners in Valenciennes. Collaborative sales role with training provided for success in a fast-growing fintech company.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Sell our solutions in face-to-face sales meetings with owners of small and medium-sized businesses
- Proactively generate your own sales opportunities through cold prospecting visits, customer referrals, and by leveraging your personal network
- Be responsible for the delivery and installation of equipment after selling our solutions
- Measure your performance based on your ability to meet and exceed monthly installation targets and the associated payment transaction volume
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enthusiastic about selling
- Comfortable working in the field and visiting prospective customers
- Resilient during cold prospecting visits and able to stay motivated despite repeated rejection
- Proactive in planning and identifying new sales opportunities
- Able to work independently and manage your own workday
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Motivated to meet — and exceed — specific monthly targets
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in French and English
- Driving license required
