Field Sales – Sales Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop sales within your assigned territory
- Conduct face-to-face sales meetings with SME leaders
- Sell Flatpay solutions using provided qualified leads
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and installation targets
- Generate your own sales opportunities
- Actively prospect in the field (door-to-door, cold visits)
- Grow your local network and leverage customer referrals
- Continuously identify new business opportunities
- Install and support customers
- Ensure delivery and installation of sold solutions
- Train customers on how to use our equipment
- Ensure a smooth, high-quality customer experience from day one
Requirements
What you’ll need- Motivated by field sales, ideally in a B2B or customer-facing environment
- Comfortable with numerical targets and sales tools (CRM, pipeline tracking)
- Autonomous, persistent, resilient, and results-oriented
- Previous experience in sales or customer relations is a plus (but not required)
- Valid driver's license (category B / car) required
