About the role
- Develop sales within your territory
- Conduct in-person sales meetings with SME owners and executives
- Sell Flatpay solutions using qualified leads provided
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and installation targets
- Generate your own sales opportunities
- Actively prospect in the field (door-to-door, cold visits)
- Build your local network and encourage customer referrals
- Continuously identify new business opportunities
- Install and support customers
- Ensure delivery and installation of sold solutions
- Train customers on how to use our equipment
- Ensure a smooth, high-quality customer experience from day one
Requirements
- You are motivated by field sales, ideally in a B2B or customer-oriented environment
- You are comfortable with numerical targets and sales tools (CRM, pipeline tracking)
- You are autonomous, persistent, resilient and results-oriented
- You communicate with impact
- Prior experience in sales or customer relations is a plus (but not required)
- You have a valid driving license (B) (mandatory)
